Terms of Service

Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and conditions between Must Games (the "Company") and users regarding the use of minimini games (the "Service"), a web-based mini-game service operated by the Company.

Article 2: Definitions

The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows.

  1. 1."Service" means the mini-games, game list, score records, rankings, in-game currency, items, collectibles, events, and all other features provided by the Company through its website.
  2. 2."User" means any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. 3."Member" means a person who accesses the Service through Google login and uses member-exclusive features provided by the Company.
  4. 4."Guest" means a person who uses the Service without logging in.
  5. 5."Game Currency" means virtual means for game progression, such as coins, points, hearts, and hints, that can be earned or used within the Service.
  6. 6."Item" means virtual content provided within the Service, including characters, skins, hints, and decoration elements.
  7. 7."Ranking" means ranking information displayed based on a user's game score, records, and nickname.
  8. 8."Account" means the unit of a user's service usage created or identified through Firebase-based Google login.

Article 3: Effect and Amendment of Terms

  1. 1.These Terms take effect upon being posted on the Service screen or a separately linked screen.
  2. 2.The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the limits permitted by applicable laws.
  3. 3.When amended, the Company will notify users of the changes, effective date, and reasons through in-service notices or a separate notification screen prior to the effective date.
  4. 4.For amendments that are unfavorable or involve significant changes for users, the Company will provide advance notice in a clear and accessible manner with sufficient time.
  5. 5.If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 4: Provision of Services

  1. 1.The Company may provide users with the following services: 1. Web-based mini-game play 2. Game score and record storage 3. Ranking display 4. In-game currency and item rewards 5. Collectible elements 6. Events, updates, and notices 7. Other additional services as determined by the Company
  2. 2.The Service is, in principle, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  3. 3.However, all or part of the Service may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, failures, server issues, external service integration issues, security concerns, or operational needs.
  4. 4.The Company may change the content, composition, features, game rules, and reward structure of the Service for quality improvement, operational needs, regulatory compliance, or security purposes.

Article 5: Membership and Login

  1. 1.Some features of the Service are available without logging in; however, certain features such as ranking storage, record retention, collectibles, and currency management may only be available through Google login.
  2. 2.The Service uses Firebase-based Google login.
  3. 3.Users must use their own Google account to log in and must not use or misuse another person's account.
  4. 4.Users are responsible for securely managing their account information.
  5. 5.Users bear responsibility for damages resulting from negligent account management, allowing third-party use, or information leakage, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
  6. 6.The Company may restrict or take necessary action against accounts where fraudulent use, abnormal access, interference with operations, or violations of these Terms are confirmed.

Article 6: User Obligations

Users must not engage in the following conduct when using the Service.

  1. 1.Stealing another person's account, nickname, or personal information
  2. 2.Entering false or inaccurate information
  3. 3.Using automated programs, macros, bots, or scripts to manipulate game records or rewards
  4. 4.Abnormally obtaining or manipulating game scores, rankings, currency, or items
  5. 5.Bypassing security features or gaining unauthorized access to servers, networks, or databases
  6. 6.Infringing the copyright, trademark, portrait rights, or personal information of the Company or third parties
  7. 7.Registering inappropriate nicknames or content, including obscene, hateful, violent, discriminatory, abusive, or promotional material
  8. 8.Interfering with the operation of the Service or disrupting other users' normal use
  9. 9.Violating applicable laws, these Terms, service operating policies, or notices

Article 7: Game Records, Rankings, and Nicknames

  1. 1.The Company may display users' scores, play records, nicknames, and rankings to provide entertainment and competitive elements.
  2. 2.If a user uses an inappropriate nickname or is suspected of manipulating rankings, the Company may delete the records or restrict their display.
  3. 3.The following records may be deleted or reset without prior notice: 1. Records obtained by abnormal means 2. Records obtained by exploiting system errors or bugs 3. Records that violated game rules set by the operator 4. Records that harm service stability or fairness
  4. 4.The Company may reset rankings or records for service restructuring, game balance adjustments, season-based operations, or error corrections.

Article 8: Game Currency and Items

  1. 1.The Company may grant game currency or items based on conditions such as service use, game play, or event participation.
  2. 2.Freely granted game currency and items cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless otherwise specified by the Company, cannot be transferred, sold, lent, or used as collateral.
  3. 3.The Company may change the grant conditions, usage methods, holding limits, and validity periods of game currency and items for game balance, service operation, error correction, or fraud prevention.
  4. 4.Game currency or items granted through system errors, bugs, or fraudulent means may be reclaimed.
  5. 5.If a user violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent use, the Company may restrict, reclaim, or delete the user's game currency, items, records, and rankings.

Article 9: Advertising

  1. 1.The Service does not currently include advertisements.
  2. 2.The Company may introduce advertising services such as Google AdSense in the future for service operation, maintenance, and improvement.
  3. 3.If advertising services are introduced, the Company may notify users through the service screen, notices, privacy policy, or these Terms.
  4. 4.If advertisements are introduced, the display method, location, frequency, and advertising providers may change depending on service operations.
  5. 5.If advertising features that directly affect users' service experience are added, such as rewarded ads or viewing rewards, the Company will separately notify users of the conditions and rewards.

Article 10: Paid Services

  1. 1.The Service is currently provided free of charge, and the Company does not impose any payment obligations on users.
  2. 2.If paid currency, paid items, subscriptions, or paid features are added in the future, the Company will separately notify users or update these Terms with payment conditions, cancellation rights, refunds, validity periods, provisions for minors, and procedures upon service termination.
  3. 3.If probabilistic paid items are provided, the Company will display probability information and other important information on the service or website in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 11: Service Use Restrictions

  1. 1.If a user violates these Terms or operating policies, the Company may take the following measures: 1. Warning 2. Deletion of game records 3. Exclusion from rankings 4. Reclamation of game currency or items 5. Temporary service use restriction 6. Permanent service use restriction 7. Account deletion or access blocking
  2. 2.The Company may review access logs, game records, and reward grant records to the extent necessary to verify fraudulent use.
  3. 3.Users may raise objections through the Company's designated inquiry channel if they disagree with service restriction measures.

Article 12: Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  1. 1.The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service based on operational or technical needs.
  2. 2.If service termination is planned, the Company will provide advance notice to the extent possible.
  3. 3.Freely provided game currency, items, records, and rankings may expire upon service termination and are not subject to separate compensation or refund.
  4. 4.If paid services are provided, the handling of unused paid currency or paid items upon service termination will be governed by applicable laws and separate notices.

Article 13: Intellectual Property

  1. 1.Rights to games, screens, designs, characters, images, icons, logos, text, code, data, sounds, sound effects, and other content included in the Service belong to the Company or the respective rights holders.
  2. 2.Users must not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, modify, create derivative works, crawl, or extract data from the Service or its content without the Company's prior consent.
  3. 3.If a user posts or registers content within the Service, the user must hold the necessary rights to such content and must not infringe the rights of third parties.
  4. 4.The Company may use nicknames, ranking information, and publicly registered content of users to the extent necessary for service operation, exposure, promotion, and improvement.

Article 14: Privacy Protection

  1. 1.The Company may process personal information to the extent necessary for service provision and protects personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
  2. 2.Detailed matters regarding the processing purpose, collection items, retention and use periods, third-party provision, outsourcing, and disposal of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
  3. 3.Users may check matters regarding the processing of their personal information through the Privacy Policy.

Article 15: Protection of Minors

  1. 1.The Company strives to comply with applicable laws to ensure minors can safely use the Service.
  2. 2.If inappropriate nicknames, content, or conduct is found within the Service, the Company may restrict or delete such content.
  3. 3.If paid features accessible to minors are added, the Company will separately establish provisions regarding legal guardian consent, payment cancellation, and refunds.

Article 16: Disclaimer

  1. 1.The Company is not liable for failures to provide the Service due to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, power outages, network failures, server failures, external platform failures, or other causes beyond the Company's reasonable control.
  2. 2.The Company is not liable for service disruptions, record loss, or account issues caused by a user's own fault.
  3. 3.The Company does not guarantee specific quality, continuity, accuracy, or completeness regarding free services, to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
  4. 4.The Company is not obligated to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties arising from the Service and is not liable for resulting damages, except in cases of the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 17: Damages

  1. 1.If a user causes damage to the Company or a third party by violating these Terms or applicable laws, the user is responsible for compensating such damages.
  2. 2.If the Company causes damage to a user, the Company shall bear responsibility in accordance with applicable laws.
  3. 3.The Company is not responsible for damages arising in connection with the use of free services where there is no intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.

  2. 2.Response time may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry, volume of requests, and whether fact verification is required.

Article 19: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. 1.These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. 2.If a dispute arises between the Company and a user in connection with the use of the Service, both parties will sincerely cooperate to resolve the matter amicably.
  3. 3.Disputes that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court as prescribed by applicable laws.
